Bruno Van Gompel
I am the Managing Director of VGV Management Services, based in Belgium and working across Europe. I help businesses, leaders and teams grow by combining strategic thinking, executive experience and a practical, people-centred approach.
Before founding VGV Management Services, I held senior leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company in Western Europe. Leading people and change across markets taught me that sustainable growth is never only about the strategy. It depends on confident leadership, shared ownership and the ability to turn ambition into action.
I bring that experience to consulting, transformation and coaching assignments where people need clarity, honest challenge and renewed momentum.
